Here we go, all finnished and the show sounds great.
The show features festival bands which i’m sure you will of heard of if you enjoy going to festivals.
All this was made possible thanks to DJ Spykatcha (Shawn) and it has been a great experience and has given me an understanding of how radio shows are put together.
You can find the show here - http://soundcloud.com/hotspot2011/johnny-garcia
Here we are on our last meeting :(
That was amazing thing to do - learn new skills and work with kind of music I love.
I’m really glad I meet all people here - that was amazing.
Thanks for everything - DJ Spykatcha (Shawn) , and special thanks for The Rialto Burns for interview.
Looking forward for next workshops x
The final session was great, i learnt a lot about radio production and imaging, Spykatcha (Shawn) and his assistants helped a great deal. I already had knowledge of using Adobe Audition V3, but now these workshops have expanded what i already know. Listen NOW on:

Watch Out For The Next Mixshow!! :-)
I originally chose to do a topical debate/ music show but quickly realised doing a topical debate show is harder when you don’t have anyone to debate with. so Real Talk With Misha. G is a sort of music show with occasional opinions about the music I play.
Today was the last day and I added and edited the last song to go on my radio show and then did the mix down of the whole show.
Today we finished our demo piece by adding a bed, sweeps and other sound effects then mixed it all down. we’ve had such a good time creating our show, from concept to production. it’s been made so much easier by the nurturing environment we found each week. we would do this all again in a heart beat.

Today we completed work on our radio show “The Mystery”. We finished editing the songs and our linkes while at the same time adding a bed behinde our voices to give the dialogue another level to the sound bites. We will post a link to our show so give it a listen and watch out for that “Stupid Monkey”.
We really enjoyed this course and we would definatley do it again.
My show features festival bands. so far i have recorded the intro to the show and most of the links. I have started putting it together in Adobe Audition and it is coming together well. Shawn (DJ Spykatcha) has been guiding me through the process and has been really helpful and so far i have enjoyed the course.
Hi!
I’m nearly there!
Recorded all links today, and mixed the songs.
Expect some old sound with fresh breath of our local youngsters ;)
Now only interview and finally mixing!
Roll on next week.
Hugs & kisses
